Don’t unplug your computer! Let Katalyst fix it where you live or work. We come to your home or office with no travel fees. And we work with your schedule, even if it’s after work hours or on the weekend. Our fees don’t increase during the off-hours.

At other places, a simple virus fix might require you to drop off your computer for a week or more—and end up costing hundreds of dollars. At Katalyst, we come to your place and generally have your system working for you before we go. And we won’t fix one problem and leave others lurking. We’ll get your computer and peripherals up and running on-site, making sure that they’re all working together. If it’s a fix we can’t perform quickly, we’ll pick up and drop off your computer at no charge. When we drop it off, we’ll set it up and leave it working—in the setting you use it in, connected to the peripherals you use it with.
